📈 Update to Refund Channel field and Partner API
Walmart is deprecating the Refund Channel field on the Returns dashboard and Returns download report. It's being replaced with a new field, Refund Covered by, which states who paid for a refund.
To download the report, go to the Returns dashboard > Download.
👉 Action required: Update your API before October 16 to stay compliant.
🎁 Holiday season extended return window & exemption
Items purchased between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 can now be returned until January 31, 2026.
⚠️ Exemptions apply: Food and beverages are excluded.
The policy will be automatically applied, no action needed.
